KRP Consultancy was established in 2017 by Kirsty Rose Parker and is a company specialising in Creative Evaluation Services. KRP Consultancy is committed to delivering affordable and creative expertise: evaluation which helps to run projects, to tell the story of impact in creative and simple to understand methods.
Prior to setting up KRP Consultancy in 2017, Kirsty has 14 years’ experience of project management and evaluation. With a Master’s degree in Economics, a background in arts, charitable, education, and third sector projects, she has developed a number of relevant skills including: statistical analysis; primary research skills to include surveying, interviewing, listening and producing case studies; and interim and final report writing. She communicates in visual and eye-catching ways, adapts these communications for different audiences (including people taking part in projects - funders or management), and produces policy recommendations. Kirsty is a good presenter, skilled at fitting into teams and has strong negotiating skills.
Friendly and approachable, good at building relationships, and therefore good at working with project participants and project managers and staff, Kirsty has significant experience of working with funders and public money to share the impact and outcomes of projects. She is a qualified Social Return on Investment analyst and can produce robust and authentic analysis to show the value to society of your project.
Kirsty says "Evaluation seems to be the best fit for me, it combines my love of numbers with my communication skills. I get to interview people, solve problems and analyse statistics every day. I couldn't be happier!"
